About Me

Gary Buttle Photographer
I started taking pictures when my father gave me a camera (a Zenith) while I was at school. My Dad was a very keen photographer and soon we would compete with each other as to who would get the best shot!
I now use Nikon equipment and recently converted totally to digital and use Photoshop and lightroom to archive and clean my images.
My photography is mostly nature based and if I am doing portraits I try to capture the subject in their natural environment.
I have been lucky enough to have my images shown at The Royal geographical society in London, Kew Gardens, New York Botanical gardens and published in many magazines and journals.
I have had images used by Anglian water, Plant publicity Holland and many other companies in the UK and Europe.

Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my images
